We are pleased to announce that Mary Ellen Flynn will be conducting a presentation on November 18, 2021, for the social workers, program supervisors, and other employees of the Montgomery County Government’s Department of Aging & Disability Services.
Topics covered will include Wills, Health Care Advance Directives (HCAD), and Powers of Attorney. Mary Ellen will also provide information on what assets must go through probate and which assets can avoid probate.
Mary Ellen represents individuals in contested and uncontested probate cases and guardianships and prepares Wills, Health Care Advance Directives, Powers of Attorneys, and Living Trusts for our clients.
