Peter Casciano has recently been named the Managing Attorney of our Disability Benefits Department. Through our Disability Benefits Department, we assist clients on initial applications and appeals for federal disability retirement (FERS and CSRS); long- and short term disability (STD and LTD/ERISA and non-ERISA); Maryland State and County disability retirement and Social Security disability (SSD) benefits; and related employment disputes. Our Department also includes representation on applications and appeals for life insurance, long-term care insurance, and medical insurance claims. In addition to his managerial role, Peter will continue to actively work on all aspects of these cases. Andalman & Flynn is excited about this new chapter of growth for the firm!
