What is domestic violence? Are you a victim of domestic violence? What to do if you know someone who is a victim of domestic violence? These are all questions and more that can be answered from experienced attorneys at the workshop. If domestic violence does not affect you, consider joining the workshop to gather information and resources for a friend or loved one who is in an abusive relationship and needs the tools, strength, and encouragement to break free. Mary Ellen Flynn will be a moderator at the workshop and speakers will include a prosecutor from the State’s Attorneys’ Office and a lawyer from the Family Justice Center in Montgomery County.
