Elliott Andalman Asked to Co-Chair Disability Benefits Section of MAJ

Elliott Andalman has been again asked to co-chair the disability benefits section of the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) for the 2018-19 year by the new president of MAJ, David Wildberger. Elliott accepted the position. Elliott helped found the section about 10 years ago and continues to be active in helping improve Maryland attorneys advocacy for benefits for disabled workers. Andalman & Flynn’s disability department assists people in numerous employee benefit claims including, but not limited to, long– and short-term disability insurance, FERS disability retirement for federal workers, and State of Maryland disability retirement for state workers and public school teachers.
