Partner Elliott Andalman and Associate Michelle Amick Prikhodko’s article, “Social Security Disability Claims in Changing Times” was published in the September 2014 issue of the American Association for Justice Trial Magazine (Link here). The article explains the changing and more hostile environment that Social Security Disability applicants are bringing claims in, and describes strategies for winning claims.

Elliott is the managing partner of our disability benefits department and Michelle is an associate in the same department. Elliott and Michelle concentrate their practice on assisting employees who have become disabled because of injury or illness win disability benefits including FERS disability retirement benefits for federal and postal employees, Short and Long Term Disability insurance benefits for employees who have that coverage, Social Security Disability benefits, and State of Maryland disability retirement benefits for state employees and public school teachers.
