On December 3, 2020, Elliott Andalman presented to approximately 20 attorneys at The Medicaid Hour produced by the Landsman Law Group for attorneys practicing in the area of Estate Planning, Special Needs, and Elder Law.
Elliott’s presentation was on The Mysteries of Social Security Disability Determinations. Elliott discussed the Listings of Impairments, the Grids, and the 5-Step Sequential Evaluation process that the Social Security Administration uses to make Social Security Disability applications decisions.
