Elliott heads our disability law department. Along with his partner, Peter Casciano, associate, Michelle Amick Prikhodko, and the help of an outstanding paralegal staff, Elliott concentrates his practice on assisting employees who have become disabled because of injury or illness win disability benefits including FERS disability retirement benefits for federal and postal employees, Short and Long Term Disability insurance benefits for employees who have that coverage, Social Security Disability benefits, and State of Maryland disability retirement benefits for state employees and public school teachers. The department also handles related employment disputes as well as life insurance and COBRA and other medical insurance disputes.
