Attorney Mary Ellen Flynn was a panelist for a Collaborative Law Program at Season’s 52 in Rockville, MD on February 27, 2017. Mary Ellen addressed attorneys, mental health experts, parenting specialists, and financial advisors attending a dinner program on “Best Practices” of using professionals in the Collaborative Law Process. Mary Ellen is a founding member of the Collaborative Dispute Resolution Professionals organization in Montgomery County and is on the Board of Directors of Collaborative Divorce Association. When not litigating divorces and other family law cases, Mary Ellen represents clients in the Collaborative Law Process and is hired as a neutral mediator. Mary Ellen is also often appointed by the Circuit Court to serve as Best Interests Attorney for children and Trustee to sell real property in contested cases.
