David Sabih,Esq

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic attorney, representing clients in family law, estate planning, estate and trust litigation, and civil litigation. My practice focuses on negotiating marital settlement agreements, advocating in custody disputes, and guiding clients through the intricacies of family law litigation. I always strive to achieve fair and favorable outcomes for my clients. With a background in business law, I provide comprehensive solutions that address both personal and business-related legal matters.

I earned my Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law (WCL), where I also obtained a certificate in Corporate Compliance through the Business Law Program. During my time at WCL, I served as a Student Attorney in the Community Economic and Equity Development Clinic, offering transactional counsel to 501(c)(3) organizations focused on economic and environmental justice in the Greater Washington, DC area. I was also a member of the competitive Transactional Negotiation Team, where I developed strong advocacy skills and honed my ability to negotiate effectively and persuasively to achieve favorable resolutions.

Additionally, during my externship with a federal judge, I refined my legal writing and analytical skills by drafting orders on social security, habeas corpus, and discovery matters. This experience enhanced my understanding of judicial procedures and sharpened my attention to detail, precision in legal drafting, and depth in legal reasoning—skills I now apply in my daily practice.

Before attending law school, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, which provided me with a strong foundation in business principles. I went on to work at a prominent DC real estate firm as a Property Manager for condominium and HOA associations, where I counseled property owners on optimizing and preserving the value of their assets. This role gave me hands-on experience in property management, client relations, and strategic planning, all of which inform my approach to advocating for clients in complex family law matters with a practical, business-oriented perspective.

I am committed to providing clients with clear and informed guidance, empowering them to make decisions that best suit their unique personal and professional needs. My blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and advocacy skills enables me to navigate complex legal issues effectively and deliver tailored solutions for each client.
