Elliott Andalman Volunteering Election Day in Non-Partisan Protection of Voters Rights

Elliott Andalman will be volunteering tomorrow at a Non-Partisan Voter Protection call-in center in Washington D.C..  He will be part of a team of volunteer attorneys providing non-partisan protection to voters in Virginia, Ohio and Florida.  Any voter whose right to vote is challenged can call in to this office.  The office is at the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) headquarters at 1800 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, DC.

 

Elliott has a long history of voting rights work.  He did voter rights litigation in Mississippi in the 70s and 80s in cooperation with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and in the 90s did voting rights litigation on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in cooperation with the ACLU of Maryland.
