On Friday, May 9, 2014, Mary Ellen Flynn will be a moderator for the Maryland Association for Justice’s (MAJ) panel discussion on the use of vocational and financial experts in divorce. The seminar will include speakers, Lianne Friedman, M.A., CRC, and Cynthia Zagorski, Financial Consultant. The seminar will cover topics that include persuasively presenting your need for alimony and effectively defending against an alimony request; how to best prepare financial statements and cash flow projections; and effectively using financial and vocational experts in settling and litigating your divorce cases.
