Elliott Andalman, co-chair of the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) Section on Disability Benefits moderated a half day seminar in Columbia, Maryland on Friday, January 29, 2016. He moderated the seminar with his co-chair, Curtis Cooper, who also spoke about the interplay of unemployment benefits and social security disability benefits. There were six speakers at the seminar that examined recent changes at the Social Security Administration that made it more difficult for disabled workers to obtain disability benefits, and what strategies counsel could take to help get applications approved or to overturn denial decisions. Learn more about Elliott Andalman.
