Elliott Andalman will be attending the ABA’s annual Advanced ERISA Benefits Claims Litigation seminar at the ABA’s office in Chicago, Illinois on May 17, 2018. Elliott attends to have available to the clients of Andalman & Flynn the most updated information and national perspective on both the law and strategies to win benefits for our clients. The seminar addresses not only long term disability (LTD) benefits, but also other employee benefits, such as life insurance claims and health insurance claims. This year, the seminar will include discussion of the new Department of Labor regulations that recently went into effect.
