Elliott Andalman and Peter Casciano have been invited by the National Organization for Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR) to speak at its National Conference in Arlington, Virginia on May 6-9, 2015. Elliott and Peter will be presenting at 2:45 PM on Friday, May 8, 2015 on “Handling Federal Court Appeals of Disability Claims Under The Social Security Act, Under ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act), and Under Private Disability Income Policies.” There are expected to be over 1,000 lawyers attending from all over the country.
