Elliott Andalman Attends Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench & Bar Conference

Elliott Andalman attended the annual Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench&Bar conference at the Charles Sumner School in the District of Columbia on May 25, 2017.  Elliott attended to hear from the Acting Director of MSPB (Merit System Protection Board), Mark Robbins, and the Acting Director of OPM (Office of Personnel Management), Kathleen McGettigan.  It is OPM that processes applications for FERS disability retirement for federal and postal workers, and it is MSPB Administrative Judges that hear appeals from adverse decisions.
