Peter Casciano is honored to be invited to speak to the Elder Law Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland.
Peter Casciano’s presentation will focus on social security disability claims but will also widen the scope to discuss the impact that other types of disability claims can have on clients’ lives. Peter plans also to cover Federal Disability Retirement claims, Long and Short Term Disability claims, and Disability Retirement for the State of Maryland employees. Due to the natural overlap between Peter’s legal practice of disability benefits claims with the work done by the Elder Law member, the presentation is sure to be well received. The presentation will take place in person at the Bar Association building on October 12, 2022, at 8am.
