A New Study from the National Institutes of Health Finds That People with Diabetes Have a 50 Percent Higher Chance of Becoming Disabled

The National Institutes of Health released a study which finds that people with diabetes are at a higher risk to have difficulty performing daily activities and have higher chances of becoming disabled. The incidence of diabetes in the population has more than doubled in the last three decades, along with complications from the disease that include heart disease and kidney disease.
