E. Barrett “Rhett” Donnelly


I am a civil litigation attorney with a practice focused on domestic relations, contractual disputes, and the collection of debts owed to businesses and individuals. My professional approach, commitment to client relations, and attention to detail allow me to serve my clients in a respectful and successful manner.

Born in Washington, DC, and raised in Bethesda, Maryland, I attended Georgetown Preparatory School before earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from Wake Forest University in 2008. I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2013.

I joined Andalman & Flynn as a law clerk in 2012 and continued my career in the firm as an associate attorney upon successful completion of the Maryland state bar exam. My legal experience also includes working for the United States Department of Justice. I am an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
