Partner Elliott Andalman and Associate Michelle Amick Prikhodko’s article, “Social Security Disability Claims in Changing Times” was published in the September 2014 issue of the American Association for Justice Trial Magazine (Link here). The article explains the changing and more hostile environment that Social Security Disability applicants are bringing claims in, and describes strategies for winning claims.
Elliott is the managing partner of our disability benefits department and Michelle is an associate in the same department.
