Kate McDonough Chosen as President of the Montgomery County Women’s Bar Association
Litigation and negotiation attorney Kate McDonough was chosen to serve as the President for the Montgomery County Women’s Bar Association for the 2015-2016 term. As part of her duties, Kate serves as the lead officer of the Montgomery County’s WBA and presides at all meetings of the Executive Committee and all membership meetings. In addition to performing the ordinary duties pertaining to the Office of the President, Kate assists with appointing members of standing committees and works with the committees to plan service programs, educational programs, social events and fundraisers. The various County Chapters of the Maryland WBA also regularly team up with one another, as well as with the Maryland State WBA, for various events and initiatives throughout the year.
