Elliott Andalman Attended LCCRL Anniversary in DC

Elliott Andalman attended a White House reception with his wife, Martha Bergmark, on Aug. 1, 2013, that celebrated the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law (LCCRL). The LCCRL was created at the request of President John Kennedy to recruit attorneys to help enforce the civil rights of minorities. It fought to end apartheid (commonly referred to as “Jim Crow laws”) throughout the South.
